Concrete Roof Waterproofing

Concrete is not 100% waterproof as there may be imperfections, cracks, honeycombs etc. forming during the curing process or any other practical difficulty in casting. Therefore, it requires suitable and durable waterproofing treatment. We offer optimal solutions depending on the requirements of the clients and carry out the
same. These include Combo roof waterproofing, bitumen membrane waterproofing, HDPE membranes, PVC membranes and TPO membranes. Along with the waterproofing, we also provide insulation services as per the Dubai Municipality standards. Different insulation materials will be used along with the waterproofing to achieve the required U value of the clients.

Sheet metal roof waterproofing

Due to the elevated temperatures and a huge temperature difference, the sheet metal roofs are exposed to high thermal stress, and this leads to roof leakages. We study the problems and the requirements of our clients and offer optimal solutions for the requirements. We have carried out Polyurethane spray systems, liquid waterproofing coatings, heat shield coatings, prefabricated membranes and various
other systems. We have also provided heat insulation services to these clients along with waterproofing. We have been successfully arresting metal roof leakages extensively in the past 25 years to the satisfaction of our clients.

Sandwich panel roof waterproofing

Nowadays there are lot of services provided on the sandwich panel roofs like ventilators, ACs, pipes, ducts, skylights etc. The type of waterproofing for these services must be determined properly and carried out. Roof garden waterproofing

Roof and terrace gardens are very common in buildings nowadays due to the green building requirements by the authorities. We execute the waterproofing of these using bitumen membranes, HDPE membranes and liquid coatings.  It should be noted that the waterproofing treatment should be protected with anti-root protective membranes.

Terrace waterproofing

There are different solutions available for terrace waterproofing. It is usually carried out using prefabricated membranes, cementitious coatings, polyurethane coatings or acrylic waterproofing coatings. These may be tiled over or exposed to sunlight.

Planter box waterproofing

Planter boxes are very commonly used nowadays right from the basement to the
roofs as they keep the place vibrant and pleasing aesthetically. The waterproofing of
planter boxes is very significant as any failure could lead to structural integrity issues
due to the roots’ penetration. Prefabricated membranes are usually used for the
planter box waterproofing. Anti-root bitumen or HDPE membranes are usually used

Swimming pool waterproofing

Swimming pool waterproofing is very critical as the water is going to be there
permanently. It requires thorough surface preparation before commencement of the

Basement waterproofing

Therefore, it must be properly designed and carried out meticulously It can be done internally or externally depending on the site requirements. Lift pit waterproofing

Due to the ingress of water from the lift pit floors, walls and the frames we find water collected in the lift pits. This will not be usually visible immediately as it is not accessible always. We come to know about it either during lift maintenance or if the elevator stops completely. The leakages may be from the walls, floor or from the
angles. We arrest those leakages by injection using temporary Polyurethane foams and permanent sealing solid resins. We have carried out a lot of lift pit leakage arrests for many buildings over the years.

Crack injection waterproofing

Concrete tends to crack over time, and you may get leakages through these cracks. This will lead to corrosion of the reinforcement rods and structural failure later. Depending on the nature and width of the cracks, a proper repair methodology should be worked out. Usually, they will be sealed using waterproof sealers or using polyurethane injection resins to arrest the leakages. This method of crack injection waterproofing is usually the most effective and very economical.
